I have found a specific number of vegetebles that help you burn fat. These vegetables that burn fat help nyou burn fat through a number of specific pathways which I will be explaining here. Besides helping you burn fat they will also help your body fight cancer and other diseases.
Burning fat the healthy way is the best option you van take. A lot can be accomplished with a good diet and exercise program!

Here's a list of the most important, and my favorite vegetables that burn fat!
  1. Onions. These are very important fat burning veggies. They have chromium in them which improves insulin sensitivity! Which helps reduce fat and prevents more fat buildup by keeping sugars in the blood low. Onions also add a lot of taste and flavor to your recipe, which makes you not as inclined to overeat!
  2. Garlic. Garlic contains a lot of anti-oxidants and anti-fungal properties. It is a strong protector of your health while you are reducing your calories to burn fat!
  3. Hot peppers. Those red, yellow, brown or green hot peppers are so great at burning fat! They contain good amounts of vitamin A, and C. The heat caused by eating a hot pepper causes your metabolic rate to incrase by up to 5%!That fact alone makes it worth being on the list of vegetables that burn fat!
  4. Cruciferous Vegetables. Vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower cabbage and sprouts are very high in cancer fighting nutrients, and because of their high fiber and H2O contents these fill your tummy up pretty fast. these are one of my personal favorite vegetables that burn fat.
  5. Mushrooms. These wierd white things regulate the total estrogen in the body, and contain a lot of roughage and H2O.
