You would not want to stay in shape before pregnancy to eat, you can not use during pregnancy.Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Replace the dish to grilled foods.Try to stay away from fast food. Restoring the fastest now have a healthy menu. So if you need to eat less one, try eating a grilled chicken sandwich instead of a hamburger or anything fried.
